Italians and foreigners, this is the place to go! It's just perfect, from the first sip of wine, to the lovely breathtaking food. I live abroad, but I always go to this restaurant with my family & friends whenever I'm in Mesagne. Everything is a mixture of fantastic local recipes and 100% excellent ingredients. Staff is a great, with remarkable experience in food and hospitality. Highly recommended!!!

Great food, great value and nicely situated with some good atmosphere. We ordered 5 different pizzas and all were delicious. The dough was so light and thin. Service was pleasant. Would recommend.

Excellent and abundant dishes, respecting the Salento tradition. Kindness and courtesy in the service, perhaps a little "too" fast for those who want to enjoy a slow lunch.Anyway, highly recommended!

We found ourselves by chance with friends, and I must say that it was a truly pleasant experience. Typical traditional dishes, classics, finally nothing elaborate but substantial and tasty dishes. Top meatballs and chops! Today with all these starred restaurants and mind-boggling dishes it seems that we are moving away from traditional cuisine but at the Salento fork I finally ate like at home!!! Highly recommended for those who want to eat healthy and tasty with full plates... ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY, I will definitely be back

We started with the 8-course starter (sea and land) and were already so full that we had to have a sorbet to digest. Typical Salento place with star vaults and very welcoming, cool in summer and warm in winter. Very attentive staff at the tables and always available. Excellent value for money. Recommended and I will return!

A must visit restaurant. Amazing pasta, quick and friendly service and a lovely atmosphere of families eating dinner. Almost fully booked and it was just 7.30.
